Ways to Give

Hospice of Queen Anne's relies upon donations for more than 30 percent of its operating expenses. Medicare, Medicaid and most private health plans provide reimbursement for a portion of the expenses associated with hospice care; and, there is no source of reimbursement for Hospice Center room and board expenses.We rely upon gifts from individuals and businesses to help us continue to provide the highest quality of care to all who need it.

Services are provided solely on need. No one is turned away due to lack of financial resources. Additionally, gifts help support grief services and support programs as well as the Bridges pre-hospice program.

 

 

In Memory or Honor Gifts

Naming Hospice of Queen Anne's as your charity of choice for memorial donations is one of the easiest ways to give back to Hospice of Queen Anne's. You may give a gift in memory of a loved one or in honor of someone special or in recognition of a birthday or anniversary.

Matching Gifts

If your employer offers a matching gift program, please send the employer’s matching gift form to Hospice of Queen Anne’s with your donation.

 

Planned Giving

Through your will or estate plan, you may name Hospice of Queen Anne’s as a beneficiaryand receive possible tax and financial benefits. Event Sponsorships/Ticket Purchases

Becoming a sponsor of one of the annual fundraising events is a great way to support the programs and services of Hospice of Queen Anne's. Or, you may purchase tickets and attend one of our annual events: Hospice Gala, Golf Tournament and Sunset Celebration.

Paving the Way for Hope

Support Hospice of Queen Anne's by donating a brick in memory of or in honor of a loved one. Bricks are displayed in a stand-alone island at the entrance of the Hospice Center. Phase I of "Paving the Way for Hope" is completed; Phase II is currently underway. We invite you to visit the Hospice Center to see the brick patio. To purchase a brick for the 2013 completion of the patio, you may download a Brick Order Form or e-mail Kenda Leager for additional information.
