Many Queen Anne's County residents live alone with no caregiver or have a primary caregiver with a limited capacity to assit with their care. Most patients would prefer to live the remaining days of their lives in their own home, surrounded by their loved ones. Unfortunately, this is not always possible for the following reasons:
• The primary caregiver is ill or frail and unable to care for the patient.
• Family members work during the day and the patient would be left unattended.
• The patient lives alone and does not have a primary caregiver.
• The patient perfers to have the security of a clinically supportive environment.
• The family has a crisis and is no longer able to care for the patient.
To meet these needs, Hospice of Queen Anne's has opened a 11,235 square foot Hospice Center. As you travel on Route 213 in Centreville, Maryland, you may have noticed the Center on the northwest corner of the Centreville Business Park.
