  Supporting Emotional Needs
Hospice Social Workers provide emotional support and counseling to help cope with the diagnosis of a terminal illness. They assist in assessing patients and family needs and act as liasions with community agencies. Hospice volunteers provide companionship and, when the end is near, Hospice offers vigil services nearly around the clock to support both the patient and the family.

Respecting Spiritual Needs

Our non-denominational Spiritual Care Coordinator to Hospice is available for spiritual and emotional support, regardless of your spiritual beliefs.
