Reaching You Where You Are Hospice serves patients in their homes or the homes of a friend or family member in Queen Anne's County, in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and hospitals. And now, services are also offered at our new Residential Hospice Center located in Centreville, Maryland. Meeting Physical Needs Hospice of Queen Anne's cares for anyone who has any life-threatening or terminal illness with a prognosis of six months or less given the normal progression of the disease.
